I felt like blogging today. :) I have some various things to report.
I lost one of the polish babies the other day. RIP Sideswipe! <3 I think he was a little fader baby. Besides that sad loss, everything is going pretty well. I went to a rabbit show on the 26th in Midland. I brought Killer, Nori, Marshmallow and Banshee. They did great! Well... except Banshee. lol But hey, the Self group is hard to conquer!

I've got 4 litters due in June. I'm only positive on one of them. lol TLL's Lulu (black otter) is expecting babies on the 7th. She was bred to Chai's Unwound (broken siamese sable). I really excited for the color possibilities in this litter... I bred Katie (NZR) in hopes of having a meat pen for fair. It's still too soon to palpate though... I'm quite excited for my first meat pen, so I really hope she took. There's no time to rebred. They have to be 8 to 10 weeks old! It stinks that she's the only doe I have to work with. To see the other does that I am hopefull for, click here!
And for some randomness... I made these. I thought they were kinda cute. lol I thought I would share. :)

Spring Updates
I think summer might be on it's way... but you know... Michigan weather is highly unpredictable. So who really knows! I'm satisfied with a bit of spring. :) Anyway, updates! All the litters are doing good. Just got another one. Rain had her babies, but the chinchilla scooted too far and froze. :'( That deeply saddened me. So I am left with another REW singleton! How odd. lol I really, really hope that it's a doe. I had some of Hannah's mini rex due, but now I am doubting they will have anything. Hhhhmmmm.
I have an updated list of expected litters as well as newer pictures of all the other babies on the nursery page on my website. Check it out! I also added some new pictures to a couple wooly juniors.
Show wise, I think my next appearance will be in Midland on the 26th. :) Hopefully, these kids decide they want to look nice!

Wow! It's been a long time! The babies are doing great and so are the moms. ;) I've bred a few more does. So there should be a few May and June litters. I am getting TONS of calls for rabbits. I'll actually be able to have more litters around if they keep selling like this. lol Besides babies, the weather is becoming more spring like. We have had some really beautiful days recently. There have been some pretty big rain storms though as well, but at least the plants are growing. I really miss the green! So sick of bald trees! lol

Baby Update
Here is a big baby update with photos. :) I know it's been a while!
Breey's Otani x TLL's Lulu
This was Lulu's first litter. Was a litter of three. Two were peanuts. Little orange peanut is still alive at day 17! The REW is a fat cow and I think it's a buck. lol
Breezy's Otani x Thistledown's Milky Way
This is MW's first litter too. All five babies are doing great. Looks like three does and two bucks at the moment. :)
Chai's Gage x Hoppy Days' Wuzzy
Another first time mom! Was also a litter of three. Peanut died at about 5 days old. These two are CUTE. At first I thought they were a buck and a doe, but now I think they are both does. I named the one Magum... very manly! Might have to change that! lol Blue doe and possibly sable point on the other. :)
